A great place to stay

Overall it was a good experience. The construction in the downtown core can be a little noisey at times in the morning but not too bad and with ear plugs it didn't cause any issues. The only thing that I didn't enjoy were the pillows as they are smaller squares and quite lumpy. Other than that it was clean, the staff were friendly with 24 hour concierge and security on-site.

On site parking was great. Room was fantastic. Missing dish cloth or paper towels so couldn't clean the counter and felt bad. Suite was awesome but didn't understand why both bedrooms didn't have a TV but understand it was just renovated so maybe. Will be back again.

Forest of all on Expedia they show you American prices. Makes the room look like a good deal until you pay. Also could enter our CAA information as they hotel might have a special rate for members. We also thought parking was included, however it costs us another fifty dollars for parking. The site we rented had a balcony, however the door was dead bolted from both sides. The tv mount had the tv angles towards the ceiling. Would have been nice to put the tv on an articulating mount so the tv can be adjusted, even be able to watch tv from bed. The only thing the we found nice was the shower did have hot water with good water pressure. Unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for all the other discrepancies.

The flooring in our room was disgusting. I was actually astonished they allowed a guest to stay in it. The floors have not been properly cleaned in YEARS. Lights in the room were not working. Window did not open and we were unable to turn the heat off. 10/10 will never stay here again.

The pricing at Town Inn Suites was reasonable for the area. The rooms were large and the kitchen seemed stocked with the basic necessities (e.g., dishes, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc.). The bathroom was fairly clean. Not as clean as higher end hotels but not bad. The mattress was too firm. The pillows were tiny and lumpy. The water pressure could’ve been better but not the worst I’ve experienced. The water temperature also didn’t get very hot. It didn’t seem safe in the area once it was dark. The apartment looked to have been renovated in the past year or so. The location is convenient to the Bloor/Yonge subway station. There was a Longo’s grocery store two blocks away. Coffee was available in the guest lounge but no food. Overall the stay was good.

This place isn’t your usual hotel room. Totally shocked… I walked into a condo apartment on the 24th floor, city & water views. Full kitchen appliances, even a dishwasher. 24 hour friendly Desk Clerks. Place was clean, elevator with pleasant smell. Connected parking garage ($40) nightly fee. About a 12 minute walk to Wellesley Subway Station. Maple Leaf Gardens grocery store 20 minute walk. Plenty of dining options on Church St. Home away from Home
