I had a great stay. The girls in front desk when i checked in are amazing. They even allowed me to stay a couple hours extra because my train got delayed. I would definitely comeback and stay again.

Overall, the day was magnificent. The beds were amazing. The kitchen and the bathroom were on point. The area itself is a little bit scratchy due to homelessness but other wise everything else is great.

Great location, OK hotel
We were told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every other day. However, we stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned. The furnishings were very dated, but everything was clean when we arrived. Bed was very comfortable. Water was cut off one day from 9:00-4:00. Overall, not a great hotel, but not terrible. Location is excellent.

L’hôtel était très bien! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Les déjeuners étaient gratuits. Pour ce qui est du stationnement, il est dans le sous-sol. Il est 40$ le 24h. Il n’y a pas vraiment de meilleures parkings proche donc je vous conseille de considérer le prix du parking dans votre budget. Les murs étaient bien insonorisé. On a entendu personne d’autre. Si on revenait à toronto, on reprendrait l’hôtel. On vous le recommande! :)

Very friendly staff and clean accommodations. The shower leaked onto the washroom floor, and the blankets on the bed weren’t very warm. Otherwise it was a decent stay for a couple nights, and it was nice having a kitchen.

Check in was pretty easy, but their system did not speak directly to Expedia's so there's an issue there. Room was totally re-done but they had a water issue they should have told me about at check-in. It was short lived. Parking outrageously expensive. Overall good value except for the parking.

I loved the environment, the curb appeal was welcoming and cozy,inside and out. The living quarters was modern and clean. The staff was amazing especially Ravjee, she went above beyond the call of duty as the other staff did as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend anyone to stay there to get the experience we got.
