The shuttle driver was not helpful at all and cursed my husband, said the “F” behind his back when my husband didn’t exactly get his instructions initially. But the hotel experience was great, it is fairly new so everything looks good and clean.

Staff was friendly and let us check out later without any cost. Breakfast is outstanding! Waffles, pancakes, toast, eggs, etc. Free shuttle bus to the airport! I recommend it.

So Great it should be a Secret
Everything was spotless, the lobby was active, the front desk staff was impeccable, friendly, accurate, relaxed and professional and they smiled which is so great. The room is well designed, we will be using that hotel every time we fly in and out of Toronto or if at event that is close. ALSO The Shuttle driver was great, friendly, helpful and very nice.
