The property is very close to Pearson Airport so the air traffic is noisy. It stops after 11 pm but then starts again at 6 am. It’s a nice little hotel but if noise bothers you- I recommend ear plugs if you are looking to get some sleep before 11 pm.

Very nice hotel. New clean with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean nice decorated . The gym the swimming pool all great. Has a nice entertaining room in the lobby. The breakfast is excellent. One thing the hotel is just on the path of the airplanes taking of and landing so be aware of the noise.

Had a confirmed booking but when we got there there was no room. Called Expedia who we had booked through and waited on the phone for hours while Charmaine tried to get a rebooking at a different hotel. Got to the hotel on to find that it was twice the price of the original hotel despite having been assured that this was an equal amount booking. Both expedia and the hotel provided a very unsatisfactory service.
