Easy access to the venue we were attending. Property was clean but not much service or facilities are offered (pool, gym, convenience store, etc.). Vending machines were old and only accepted cash (no credit card). Taxi/Uber is the preferred transportation to go to "nearby" restaurants or convenience stores.

The discount they offer for every activity around Toronto is pretty nice! It's a wall in the lobby with so much discount for very different things such as a winery or even a city bus ride! It's very cool and generous of them!

I stayed here for the 1st time a few days ago and will NEVER go back! I do not recommend because it was scary staying here. I checked in at approx. 6.00pm and about an hour later, I heard someone trying to get into my room (they were pushing the door, turning the door handle on the outside)! I was so afraid, I told them they must have the wrong room but they insisted they were given keys to the room I was in. The reception made a huge mistake. Also, approx. 30 minutes later, security came to my door and said I had to leave because I had been there since 11.00 am (which is false). The reality was I had checked in just 1.5 hrs before. Breakfast tasted terrible (eggs, sausages, potatoes, toast,coffee) and it was late. At 7.00am, the containers were still empty. Woman in the kitchen was extremely rude and unpleasant!

The hotel was nearly empty and theyb put is in a room at the far corner, with an old lopsided uncomfortable bed over the kitchen and the concert hall next door. All day , we could hear pots and pans clanging and then the music started around 9pm and went until 1 am - like we were at a concert trrying to go to bed.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Proximity to YYZ is great, even better is the price for how close it is to the airport. Parking at $5 a day also makes this a great place to leave your car while traveling. Breakfast was also a great hot breakfast which was a pleasant surprise, the last 2 times our flights were to early to take in breakfast. Although all this sounds worthy of 5 stars, all 3 times now we have had horrible sleeps. This is not a quiet place, you can hear everyone around you. Between weddings, staff operations, and flat out disrespectful guests having loud conversations in the hallways we have yet to have a good nights sleep here.

The TV didn't work (live/cable T.V.). No place (hooks etc) in the washroom to hang clothing. No clock in the room. This is not advertised as a roach motel. They identify as a comfortable and competitive hotel. These are fundamental elements people expect in a hotel. The only saving grace for this hotel is the excellent staff, who try to resolve issues; the hotel doesn't seem interested in retaining patrons.
