Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and bathroom spotless. Breakfast in the morning was a great selection which covered all tastes and appetites. Overall, with a good central location, I'd stay here again without hesitation. Recommended.

The room was exceptionally clean, there were electrical sockets and usb points in very good places. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice The hotel was very central to Torquay

Enjoyed our stay. Our twin room was an "accessible" room so had wide entrance and a large bathroom, and we loved the space. Staff very helpful and friendly, even when extremely busy with tour groups. Very handy for town and the harbour.

The hotel is nice a modern but a few things was not to our liking Lovely big room and bathroom but bed very hard and seemed to slope to one side of mattress didnt sleep very well windows dont open and air conditioning was so hard to get right In the evening wanted to have some food and was told couldnt have a ploughmans had no chef to prepare it i said it a cold meal only needed to put on plate but they could do jacket potatoe or pizza which had to be cooked also no desserts avalible what a joke for a big hotel chain Also no car park had to walk up steep hill at back of hotel to pay to park Staff on front desk when i asked about food was a bit rude didnt seem botherd
