I would never ever stay here ever. I was the only female I saw in the hotel and I felt super unsafe. I ended up not getting a refund and paid over $1000 to stay somewhere else for the rest of the trip. So disappointed and also the beds were very uncomfortable and the room smelled terrible. Never ever again. I moved to Occidental instead and it was lovely and the staff was great the room lovely and the bed comfortable.

Check in was easy though clerk neglected to inform me of some amenities but my Spanish friend called him out on it, and I received the free drink tickets etc. Room had a beautiful view as promised and was spacious. Room was clean though the tea kettle was broken - this should have been noticed. The WiFi is awful in the roof. I could barely use the internet unless I tagged it to my phone. They should not bother if it is going to be that bad. Facility is nice, guests are courteous. I enjoyed my stay, good value for money and very convenient. It’s not a glamour stay, but it worked for me

Although the property is a bit dated, the staff are amazingly kind and helpful. The on-site Buffet dining available for all three meals was very Convenient. The main pool and the roof top deck pool were a lot of fun. With the bar at each location. It’s a very short 10 min walk from the train station which you take directly from the airport so getting there was a very convenient. There are multiple stairways and elevator options for getting down to the beach. It’s a very walkable area.

Muy divertido y todo eso pero el hotel necesita un poco de atención y cariño. La propiedad es antigua y ya no solo basta con un lavado de cara cada año y un poco de pintura. Hay muchas cosas que no funcionan. Ahora, para pasarlo bien y disfrutar de unos días de sol, es el mejor de la zona; por su ambiente, localización y entretenimiento.

Avoid unless you like ants and bad customer servic
Have stayed in this property previously and was ok. This time not ok, unless you find ants acceptable in bathroom and fridge. Then reception wont offer you another room just give you some ant spray. Unforunately ant killed wont fill cracks in the bathroom where they get in. Terrible cleanliness and customer service.
