The stay was great overall. The staff was friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out, which made for a pleasant experience. The only thing to note is the breakfast. Don't expect much—it's essentially just cereal and milk. If you're looking for a more substantial breakfast, you may want to plan accordingly. Other than that, I had a good stay.

Nice small hotel. I don’t care about fancy, just clean, safe and affordable. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating. A bit off the beaten path, but as I had business in Lerdo, worked well. Neat little rustic restaurant about 2 blocks away, near the 7-11.

I appreciated the safe and clean parking lot, and the room was clean as well. However, the shower head had very low water pressure and could definitely use replacing. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo didn’t work at all. The bed was large but extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get any rest. We ended up cutting our stay short. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter.

Me hospedé en el Hotel Roque y la experiencia fue buena por el precio. Habitación pequeña pero limpia, estacionamiento seguro y buen control de acceso por la noche. Desayuno básico, pero limpio. No es ideal si buscas amplitud o desayuno completo, pero sí para una estancia sencilla y accesible.
