Francesca at check-in was really sweet and helpful! The café serves pizzas, sandwiches, beer and cocktails which make for a good meal after long days of hiking but over many days can feel limiting.
The tents themselves include an airmattress and a single side table. Its a good deal. Its important to note though that the wind in the park can be upwards of 100 kmph which is noisy outside but even noisier inside the tent. So pack with you some noise cancelling ear buds so you can sleep well.
There are two shared toilets and two shared showers. They are in ok condition, could be a little cleaner. Only one of the showers had hot water. But even that felt like a luxury given them we were camping/glamping.
Worth noting that this property is located right outside the park, so you need to check-in each time you re-enter. This is not at all a hassle and I believe this is what allows the property to be a bit more affordable than the remaining options in Torres del Paine. Overall, good stay and would stay here again.
