Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre

Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

Regular. Atendimento ruim, sem empatia ou simplesmente o básico, falta de cordialidade, sem nenhum tipo de proximidade com o cliente, não tiveram nem a capacidade de informar sobre os espaços de uso geral, ficamos sabendo no último dia sobre o SPA, piscina, que poderíamos ter usado. Serviços básicos como TOALHAS , SABONETE, não tinham no quarto, ao solicitar, disseram que tínhamos que pegar na recepção, ao ir até a mesma não tinha, então informaram que iam pedir para o serviço de quarto entregar. Fomos surpreendidos com os camareiros entrando sem bater no quarto, e detalhe eu estava no banheiro e meu marido deitado, em nenhum momento ouvimos alguém bater, total falta de PRIVACIDADE E SEGURANÇA. Sobre estacionamento pagamento separado, longe do hotel e sem informações sobre ter q avisar se vc precisar usar antes das 7hs. Ar condicionado vazando, tive que colocar uma toalha pra n alagar o quarto e mesmo assim ficou a noite toda pingando e sendo um transtorno. Café da manhã muito bom, EXCETO o CAFÉ, que na verdade era chafé, extremamente fraco, horrível. Localização perfeita, próximo da praia, sendo um dos grandes diferenciais.

Melhorias que podem fazer a diferença

Sinceramente, o café da manhã era bom, a localização excelente! O servico de quarto deixou a desejar, teve um dia que deixei 3 vezes na porta o cartão desejando limpeza, inclusive falei na recepção, mas mesmo assim nao fizeram. A torneira do quarto 720 tinha um barulho ensurdecedor quando abria. A piscina do hotel estava em manutenção, era dia 17 de janeiro, isto quer dizer que a cobertura não pode ser utilizada. E o pior, no dia do meu check-out, fui para a praia e teve uma chuva forte, ao retornar solicitei um banheiro para tomar banho , mas incrivelmente os banheiros disponiveis para quem já fez check-out ou faz check-in nao possuem chuveiros disponíveis! Sugeri ao atentente na recepção que pensassem na ideia de colocar um chuveiro no 1 ou 2 andar para facilitar a vida de quem esta aguardando ônibus ou carona para retornar ao seu destino. São pequenos detalhes que podem melhorar o nível do hotel!

Experiência boa, mas o hotel tem pontos a melhorar como o cuidados com as acomodações em si, como acabamentos das portas e pintura. Estacionamento do hotel é terceirizado e pago a parte, e o serviço de quarto tem que solicitar com a recepção. A hidro tem que pagar a parte também. Os atendentes são simpáticos e o café da manhã é bom.

No site diz ter spa e academia, chegando lá tinha que pagar à parte pela jacuzzi e apenas 2 esteiras, não tinha secador no quarto como eu paguei pra ter, me disseram que era pra ligar pra recepção se houvesse qualquer problema mas nem telefone tinha no quarto! A tv pegava apenas 2 canais abertos e nenhum fechado. E ainda pra ajudar roubaram meu carrinho com guarda sol da sala onde disponibilizam pra deixarmos e me disseram que não podiam fazer nada, simples assim! Nem nas câmeras se deram o trabalho de olhar. Pior hotel de todos que já fui. Só problemas, a única coisa que salvou foi o Luís da recepção que tentava incansavelmente tentar me ajudar e se colocar no meu lugar.

Ótima localização, ótimo café, e hotel bom

O hotel é simples, porém bom. Alguns comentários antes de ir dizia sobre a demora do elevador, demora mas não é nada de mais, o café é ótimo, muito bom. Ar condicionado do quarto em que ficamos era ótimo, a única reclamação que teria seria os canais de TV, tem poucos, e o ideal seria a tv ser smart, mas isso não é incomoda nem um pouco. É muito bem localizado, a garagem é paga a parte, mas praticamente nem precisa do carro nos dias que ficamos. Foi muito boa a experiência, recomendo!
