Overpriced for the room, no bar soap and no body wash in the dispenser for a morning shower, the pillows were like bricks and there was no constant on setting for the fan and air conditioner so it was either silent or loud throughout the night.

Stayed at property to visit Capitol Reef National Park. Excellent location for the park the hotel is clean, quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good. We would stay here again. Staff are great.

the properry was well maintained and clea on the outside. great amenities luke fire pit and pool, laundry and ice room was clean,but no soap in sink area, batheoom door would. not completely close and lock and breakfast buffet could had fruit and more options that were not hot entrees

Staying in a covered wagon was so much fun and an experience none of us will forget! The wagon was comfortable and it’s nice you have a private bathroom as well. Everything was clean too. All the staff were helpful and friendly! The restaurant had delicious food. Just get there early! We had a 1.5 hour wait! My only complaint is we were unable to use the hot tub because there were a 3 people in it for several hours, talking and drinking a 6 pack of beer. But overall, thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

I don't care for the 4pm check in time. No other hotel that I've ever stayed at had a 4pm check in time. Plumbing was pretty good and my room and the property were extremely clean. I would stay here again.

We checked in after hours, and our wagon had no power. We contacted the emergency # and nobody came to fix our power until 9:30 the next morning. We made the best of it and chalked it up to adding to the "pioneer charm" but for the price we paid, that isn't exactly what we were looking for. The bathrooms & breakfast were top rate though.

It was a really cute hotel and the restaurant had great food. The pillows and bed left a lot to be desired. In addition there was a light that shined into the room that made it hard to sleep.
