Unit had a sink, refrigerator, microwave, pots/pans/dishes and a one burner hot plate that got hot enough to boil water so we did some basic cooking. AC worked good but was quite noisy but it didn't keep us up at night. Unit was clean. Comfortable king bed and nice but small bathroom. Free parking with spot right in front of unit. I would stay here again as it had all the amenities we were looking for and in good condition.

The property was ideal for our family of 4. We booked the Family room. Having the bunk beds for our 15 and 17 year worked well! The room had all you need and more including microwave, refrigerator, dinnerware, extra linens, and things you didn’t know you needed! The property was adorable from the fire pit sitting area to the cleanliness of the property. We absolutely liked that our room # and code was sent via text. The property is walking distance to the Chuckwagon General store (which has EVERYTHING) as well as several mom & pop restaurants in the area. Also, the location was ideal visiting Capital Reef National Park, Arches National Park, Canyonland Nation Park, and don’t forget the State parks especially Goblin Valley! We plan to visit again!!! Thank you for having our family!

Showerhead was really high and the water pressure was not high enough. I felt like my hair was not washed thoroughly. It was interesting how all the smoke alarm went off when one of the units cooked something inside the house. Everything else was fine.

Just okay stay

Nicely updated room. Very clean and easy to access. Bed had a memory foam mattress topper which made for hot uncomfortable nights. The walls are also quite thin. Probably won't rebook.

Very comfortable, clean & bright room. Excellent kitchen area including frig with actual freezer section + ice cube trays; microwave; tea, cocoa & coffee; basic utensils & dishes.
