This property was a great choice for the things we had planned to do, i.e., Capitol Reef and Goblin Valley. Jamal the front desk POC was friendly, knowledgeable, and was a great ambassador for your brand. Only complaint which can’t be resolved is no elevator. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed here during my Mighty Five roadtrip. Definitely conveniently located for Capitol Reef, but there’s not much in the area (not that that is the hotels fault). During check in, there was a sign prompting you to call someone, I had to call a few times before someone came out. Otherwise it was a great stay! Hot tub and pool are great!

The place was average. Asked for upgrade and they couldn't because i wasnt a rewards member. Only once in 4 night stay did they service our room. The room was clean but the common area was dirty. Not much for breakfast either.

When we checked in, the person at the desk, (Jamaal?) was very helpful. We asked about options for dinner and he gave us a complete rundown. He gave us all the info we needed with a smile. Even when he had to clear us out of the hot tub at closing time, he was very pleasant. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
