Very nice hotel and comfortable rooms. Dining area seems small for the number of rooms occupied as dinner line was quite long. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their assistance packing a set of hiking boots I left behind and making sure the package made it on the UPS truck for delivery today to me home.

Small room, some bathroom issues. Toilet kept running and required us to remove the tank lid to get it to stop. It was running as soon as we entered the room (with a sign in the bathroom about using low flow toilets to save water...the irony sometimes). Also, the shower had poorly placed red and blue electrical tape on the face to indicate which direction to turn the handle. Definitely extra low rent on this. Not a lot of counter or flat space to put anything other than the ground.

Stayed in December and the hotel was not prepared at all for guests. Took hours at the onsite restaurant to get a table, receive food and finally get our check. We had a significant language barrier with our server and it seemed that the male employee working was doing the work of several people. Morning coffee in the lobby was empty so several of us had to wait in line for the restaurant to open for coffee as there was no staff to be found anywhere to make coffee. Grounds were beautiful, spa was 10/10 but the rest was a 2/10.

It was 41 degrees when showed up. Our rooms heat wasn't on and the room was freezing. Front desk person didn’t understand and sad people like it cold and told us to open the heater up. He didnt understand that it's completely unacceptable to come into a freezing room. Beds were cold and took over an.hour to warm up.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, spotless, and modern with comfortable beds. The location was also very convenient for exploring Hanksville. We would definitely stay here again.

The advertisement specified a steak house on site, A fire pit, A bar, and A accessible spa. None of this was the case. Also, specified a handicap accessible room, and it was 100% not an accessible room even despite verification with the gentleman who checked us in. Not worth the stay at all. Staff were acted as if they were burdened to be asked a question. Worst hotel of our 11 night Utah road trip.

- Staff was unhelpful and rude. - Wifi was not working at all! When I managed to connect, the signal strength was very low and got dropped almost immediately. - The plunger in the vanity sink was depressed and couold not be bumped open. Had to call maintenance to fix. - The shampoo pump was broken (showing lack of attention to detail). - There were no EV Chargers on site. Had to walk nearly a mile to access it at another property.

The hotel is nice and clean. It's also very convenient for visiting Capitol Reef National Park...10 minute drive. The only negative is the hours of the restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner started too late for us. Not a huge issue as there are alternatives nearby, but would have been nice to have eaten dinner there once. We did eat breakfast and the food was delicious with generous servings. Just wish they opened a little earlier
