Very nice front desk staff. The motel itself is older and not in the best shape. The room was clean and bed firm but pretty comfortable. It is not in Torrey, it’s in Caineville with nothing close in the way of food - no restaurants or stores. Hanksville is about a 20 minute drive and has a couple of places to eat.
