Had to booking here in a rush after trying a different hotel down the road and I'm so glad we did the room was clean the towels are soft and it smelled clean the min you walked in. Staff was friendly. Only 2 minus was the beds squeezed and the breakfast options were smaller then except but still clean, sanitary and happy to stay again on our next trip.

We stayed here on a personal trip to Cheyenne and wanted to avoid the overpriced rooms during Cheyenne Frontier Days. Edgar went above and beyond both nights we stayed. From a welcoming arrival, to serving us in the lounge, to helping us with our TV. He really made a difference with our stay. The breakfast was great, rooms clean and roomy. Would recommend staying here to anyone passing through.

We were given the only Wheelchair accessible room according to the perrson checking us in. It was at the very end of the hall on the first floor. It was across from one of the doors to the swimming pool where a paper was taped to the house, saying that the pool was under maintenance. The paper had curled at ends and had obviously been there for sometime. During our first night, we could hear an exit door slam several times, which was also across from my room. In the bathroom, there were only bars on one side of the toilet and I believe the back. This doesn’t help a person who’s disabled their arm on the other side is the one they have to depend on for lifting up. A bar needs to be put on that side as well. Where the sink is there is very little counterspace on top for a woman trying to do her make up. Also, pulling in there with a wheelchair it’s a little difficult as it’s beside the toilet. There was a roll in shower, but the seat had no bar beside it. Also the soap, shampoo and conditioner, are on the other end of the shower wall. This was not our first time at this hotel first time we were here we were given a room that was supposed to be accessible upstairs. It did not have a roll in shower. It did have a bath seat. The backseat was not large enough to feel safe. I am not a large woman. Although the sign on the swimming pool door said it was under maintenance when we checked in, there was a sign on the desk saying that the pool was out of order…

Very nice place,very clean place.It even has a little bar with a few food opions in it after 4:30. the Mexican restaurant next door has amazing food.
