This was an amazing place. The ocean view was picturesque. Would recommend this place for sure. Their carrot cake was excellent.

The photos shown were that of an ocean view from our window and a peivate jaccuzi. The kids were prepared for that and were disappointed there were none of the perks that were expected.

Your property is beautiful. The hot tub we really enjoyed and it was great that it was covered which made it really clean. I would recommend a t.v for the bedroom and maybe a small couch instead of the 2 chairs . And that’s just my preference becuase we like noise to sleep . Overall u have a beautiful property and I would definitely recommend to other people a d will be back in the future 🏡

Amazing space. We were in the two bedroom with sauna and hot tub. Spectacular views from the window. Beautiful accommodations- very modern and clean. Was sad to leave. Amazing restaurants in the area as well as hiking trails.

This really is a beautiful place to stay but a couple of things to be aware of would be that the pricing isn’t clear. Most pricing is done that you pick your room and you can see what you’re paying for. This is not the case here. I had no idea what I was paying for. It gives details of a place of views and amenities but does not differentiate between a cottage, a balcony view or a regular hotel type room with absolutely no view whatsoever. In that respect I was disappointed. Also depending on what you want to eat you’ll have to drive. The menu is pretty limited. It really is a beautiful place to stay but these are things you should be aware of.

Cliff’s Edge is s beautiful as it looks online. My room had a view of the water—we could hear the waves and watch the puffins and other birds from inside the room and on the balcony. The room was spacious and bright, and decorated nicely. It’s a wonderfully relaxing, comfortable and quiet place to stay.

The resort is beautifully designed! Clean and well maintained! The sauna was clean and conveniently place with a view of the ocean. We wished we did a better research of the place and booked a room with a view of the water, that was the only downside. We definitely want to return and spend more time in one of the rooms with the water views!

Beautiful property!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The view out our lodge-room window was spectacular. The room itself was large and very well-appointed, with a full kitchenette. Be aware that they do not include breakfast or maid service. The location is quiet and great for hiking and exploring the Irish Loop and Avalon coast, while still only about an hour from St. John's. We loved it and had a wonderful stay! (and yes, we did see whales in the harbor right out our window!)

This is truly one of the most unique properties on the island. Stunning views. The attention to detail and pride of ownership is obvious. I also appreciated the owner Craig, he was excellent working through an issue we had with Expedia booking. We also had the best meal on our trip at their restaurant, Forager. We will be back
