離烏石魚港超近，很適合去衝浪後馬上回到房間休息洗澡。房間大又舒適，晚上還有消夜可吃，消夜自己可以煮麵，青菜量很多，很適合補充在旅行中不常吃到的青菜，早餐一般，但以房價來說cp值很高。

房價不貴、居住空間寬敞、浴池大、附宵夜等皆為優點。 美中不足的是隔音較差、房間小冰箱壓縮機聲音大(尤其在夜深人靜時)、住宿人多時早餐很快就見底、回補速度有些慢
