Clean, smoke free hotel.

We had a double room that suited our needs. Our air con didn't work the first night and when we notified reception the next day we were moved straight away. The hotel and room was clean, bright and smoke free. You get fresh towels and mat everyday. There is a lift so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs. Our room didn't have a lot of space but we were only there to sleep so it suited us fine. Try to check in when reception is open as we fumbled with checking in via the machine outside. I recommend this place.

Warm welcome but dirty room

After a warm welcome, I discovered a rather dirty room ... I am someone simple and I sometimes just need a bed and a bathroom ... but cleanliness is my priority . the yellowish tapestry with traces on the wall, the bathroom and the room gave an impression of general dirt ... The rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning and a facelift. The Hotel is located in the Combo-basso activity pool, which makes it ideal for visiting local businesses. Unfortunately there are not many hotels around.

LOW STANDARD HOTEL BUILDING AMID OFFICE BUILDINGS

Finding this hotel is very difficult and we had to use a costly taxi to get there. Not for tourists only junior staff visiting corporate premises nearby. Nothing is said in the description about poor access to public tansport. Small functional rooms. The bed was very hard and there were only two small pillows for two guests. Bathroom adequate. View from window uninspiring - concrete office blocks and derelict land. Breakfast poor in quantity and quality not reflecting to any extent the quality of local foofstuffs.

Reception is closed from 12PM to 05PM, Nonsense.

There should be more people to support the guests. There is no hotel stuff available from 12 PM to 5 PM. which is complete nonsense.

Basic hotel

The hotel key code opens everything, your door, front door, gate to the propert etc. There is a store Intermarche 2 minutes by car, other then that not much around. Store closes at 8 pm and the hotel door at 9 pm. Without the pass code you will not get in. There does not seem to be anyone from the staff around after that. Hotel is clean and quiet. It could use some simple things like soap, shampoo etc. It was good, basic hotel just what we needed before an early departure.

TrĂšs mauvaise impression

Pour ĂȘtre honnĂȘte, cette nuit dans cet hĂŽtel ne s'est pas bien passĂ©. Arrivant tard, l'hĂŽtel m'a communiquĂ© un numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation pour faire mon checkin depuis la borne. Or ce numĂ©ro n'Ă©tait pas le bon. J'ai donc du contacter le service Client en pleine nuit pour avoir le bon numĂ©ro. Ensuite, pendant le processus de checkin, il y a eu un bug. Je n'ai pas pu avoir mon numĂ©ro de chambre et le code d'accĂšs. J'ai donc du rappeler le service Client. Enfin, une fois arrivĂ©e dans la chambre, j'ai constatĂ© que la grille d'aĂ©ration avait Ă©tĂ© enlevĂ©e et que le vent s'engouffrait dans la chambre par la ventilation de la fenĂȘtre. J'ai donc essayĂ© de dormir avec ce bruit en continu. J'en ai parlĂ© le matin au personnel. Aucune rĂ©action, aucun geste commercial ....

HĂŽtel calme ce qui est agrĂ©able et possibilitĂ© de commander pizzas et sushis en livraison dans la chambre. 2 bĂ©mols Ă  relever : il faisait froid dans la chambre (et d'autres personnes d'autres chambres avaient le mĂȘme soucis) et le 2Ăšme (moins embĂȘtant car 2 Ăšme digicode Ă  l'intĂ©rieur accessible Ă  pieds) le digicode pour ouvrir le portail du parking en rentrant ne fonctionnait pas nous Ă©tions plusieurs voitures de retour du concert Ă  ĂȘtre "bloquĂ©es" mais un monsieur est rentrĂ© et a utilisĂ© le digicode Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du parking.

Bastante mal. Habitacion sucia y llena de mucho polvo. El baño lleno de moho y poco agradable. Pedi un dia mas por la web y era 65€ y cuando fui al hotel me queria cobrar otro precio y que no querian saber nada del tema. El recepcionista nada amable y con ganas de irse rapido. Normal que el hotel este vacio. Es una pena porque no volvere a los hoteles B&B
