The manager on duty when we checked in was very helpful. She explained that the person at the hotel who set up the reservation had incorrectly failed to book a room with two twin beds for my grandson and me. The manager corrected this and provided a twin bed room. Thank you for your support and assistance.

Convenient for airport
Convenient hotel walking distance from Toulouse airport. Motel style accommodation on ground floor would have felt safer with better lighting when leaving while still dark. Clean.

Reception was closed
We stayed here for one night after landing late at Toulouse airport. It was cheap so there is an element of you get what you pay for. My main issue was reception was closed when we arrived. We hadn’t had any communication that this would be the case. We had to ring the emergency number to work out how to get into our room. I checked our booking confirmation and it does say contact the hotel for late check in but it was right at the bottom and below two other places where it said there was no limits on check in times. Once we were in the room, it was small and limited facility wise. But the bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was clean. It was fairly noisy in the morning with our room being next to a busy road.

En fait, rien n'indique que la réception est ouverte, le personnel reste dans son coin porte fermée. Une chambre très bruyante...,des toiles d'araignées partout, pire sur la mezzanine !! Les joints carrelages noir,et bonjour l'isolation des murs en cartons ou préfabriqués d'à peine 20 CLS de large, heureusement que nous étions à Toulouse ! Le petit déjeuner et la cerise sur le gâteau, 7.00euros,un café jus de chaussettes, aucun salé, en viennoiserie tout juste cuit croissant ou pain choco , aucun jus frais de fruit seulement un pot de 50cl dans une mini armoire avec des petit beurres perdus avec un peu de fromage blanc,et des salades de fruits, pas de confiture, un pot commun de pâte à tartiner mais pp as de micro Nutella,pas de brioches, une demi baguette , pas de TV pour les infos, ni journal !! Sérieux !! Pathétique le p'tit dej à 7 euros

Mon sejour était le plus mauvais depuis mon existence j aurais préféré dormir dans ma voiture que dormir dans cet établissement on s est réveillé à 3-4 reprises pour notre sécurité avec les bruits des gens plus mal du dos car les matelas sont inconfortable..il faudra le supprimer de votre système enfin je réclame le remboursement des sommes payées car il ne mérite pas je suis client chez depuis des années je n ai jamais fais de réclamation
