The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better.

We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel like it.

Mauvais séjour pour nous. Réveillé à 6h du matin par le livreur de linge qui manipule 10 chariots pendant 30 mn dans le couloir avec aucune discrétion. L’hôtel est grand avec 2 étages et il y avait très peu de client mais nous étions tous dans cette zone bruyante. La literie n’est pas confortable , et l’insonorisation inexistante. De plus notre chien c’est fait agresse par un autre chien dans l’hôtel (2 chiens dans l’hôtel mais on donne une chambre l’une en face de l’autre) ce qui qui nous a valu une urgence vétérinaire a 22h. Pour autant on nous demande tout de même 10 euros le lendemain pour le séjour du chien. Pauvre commerce !

Très loin d'être à 4 étoiles

Cet hôtel est annoncé sur le site pour être un 4 étoiles ce qui est totalement faux. Nous sommes au niveau d'un Ibis budget, à part que ce dernier est beaucoup moins cher. Deux étoiles seraient amplement suffisant. Les boules quies sont nécessaires pour pouvoir se reposer correctement.

Service médiocre

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première fois du 7 au 10 avril 2025. Le service est très mauvais: réveil à 7h du matin la 1ère nuit, par une personne qui est rentré dans la chambre en pensant qu’il n’y avait personne....sans avoir vérifié... Le soir même je passe une commande en room service à 19h...à 20h, n’ayant pas de nouvelle de mon diner, j’ai rappeler le restaurant pour m’apercevoir qu’ils m’avaient oublié. Le lendemain soir, j’appelle pour un nouveau room service, on me met en attente plus de 15 mins pour finalement devoir rappeler une 2nd puis une 3eme fois pour qu’on me prenne au téléphone.... Femmes de ménage qui parlent fort dans les couloirs et qui travaillent avec la musique à 8h....pas terrible pour ceux qui veulent se reposer un peu le matin. Alarme incendie qui se declenche à plus de 23h pendant 10 mins sans que l’on sache pourquoi....ca fait beaucoup pour un petit séjour de 3 nuits.... dommage parce que l’hôtel parait plutôt calme et tranquille sinon.

Bonne etape dans cette hôtel. Très bon accueil, chambre propre, décoration agréable. A noter, un restaurant dans l'hôtel bien pratique. Menu avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
