Check-in was a breeze using the kiosk. The room was disappointing. A light was out in the bathroom. There were no plugs or USB ports on one side of the bed. There was no electrical outlet close to the desk. I had to crawl under and use a plug behind the dresser. And finally, I took my shoes off after getting everything settled in the room. Later that evening I took off my socks and they were black on the bottom! I will say valet parking was amazing.

One of the best experiences I have had. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The stay overall was just ok. When we first got there we were given a room that was dirty given that they did make up for it with an upgrade. However, the next night we found a roach crawling around our stuff and it took more than 30 minutes for someone to come and clean it.

Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

It was in a good area

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
