Great but a couple of niggles
A really lovely, new hotel with wonderful balconies, nice linens, great pool area etc. My 2 small criticisms are - I couldn’t find any water stations around hotel - no coffee machine in room - in 2024 I see a coffee machine as a basic hotel amenity particularly when no onsite coffee venue. Would stay again but a couple of simple improvements would make it exceptional

A wonderful experience
A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The room was facing the ocean and the view was stunning. The bed and linen were so comfortable and adjoining property with pool and restaurants convenient. A bank of scooters close by made for lots of practical and fun trips around Townsville. Would love to return!

The room was modern, well sized and the bed was super comfy after a long day travelling/working. I dined at Terasu which was fantastic! Highly recommend the Kingfish Cervice! I also went to the rooftop bar and although the weather was overcast and incredibly windy, the view was fantastic. I would love to come back and enjoy this bar on a day when the sun is shining and it's not blowing a gale!

Lovely hotel in great condition. Amazing views over castle hill from the rooftop bar at night. Good car park Only negative is 25 min walk from centre of Townsville if you wanted to go out in the evening

The staff training was poor. The front desk was friendly but needed to check the manager for each request, making it slow. I rang guest services on 9, and it was not answered. There was no ringback. I tried several times, and the call went unanswered each time. I left it open to the bank music for a long time, and it was unanswered. At check-out time, the staff knocked on the door. I opened the door to house cleaning, still within check out times. The coffee-making facility was unusual, with a fiddly packet filter style. The capsules are easier, particularly in the early morning.
