I was very impressed with the hotel and its location. I hadn't been to that area of Townsville before and found it the ideal location as was situated near the water and a short walk to the city. Only one issue

Early check in was arranged very easily for my partner coming off night shift. Consistently reasonably priced. Only complaint was that cleaner entered the room early and before we had checked out. My partner was still sleeping. She then got angry and stated slamming doors and making lots jot noise in the hallway when told that there was still 1.5 hours until check out. Otherwise the stay was great.
