客室の清潔さ、スタッフさんの対応、サービス、朝食の質など、全ての面において素晴らしいと思えるホテルでした。朝食のバラエティは特筆すべきもので、富山の地元に根付いたものが提供されており、ここの朝食だけで富山のグルメが満喫できるといっても過言ではないほど。スタッフは皆さん明るく丁寧な応対をされていて、快適な滞在となりました。また富山に来る機会があれば、迷うことなくこちらのホテルに滞在します。

チェックイン40分前に到着、手続きができるか確認したところ15時からと言われたためロビーで待機していましたが、20分前に後から来た人からチェックインを始めました。私以外にも何人か待機していたので、チェックインを始めるアナウンスをしていただけたら待っている方々に対して親切だと思いました。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
