It is a small but clean hotel with convenient access to the train station. Free breakfast which provides a variety of food selection to start your day. Kind staff at reception counter.

Good Spa hotel
Very nice hotel, mostly for business men. Everything was very good, spa very nice but a bit small, breakfast was typical Japanese. No issues with anything.

Takaoka Comfortable Hotel
Very clean and new hotel. Room was comfortable and functional. Breakfast was delicious and all staff were very friendly. Very convenient to the train station. Would stay there again.

ニオイが気になりました
部屋の広さや家具（テーブル・ソファー）の配置は使いやすくて良かったです。部屋に入った瞬間の異臭が気になりました。禁煙なのにタバコの臭いのような、前に利用された方が喫煙者だったのか、ホコリか換気口からの臭いなのか不明ですが異臭が気になりました。空気清浄機でも臭いは消えず、窓を開けて外出したところニオイは消えました。普段から（冬場だから？）窓開けの清掃はされていないのか気になりました。平日の利用でしたので大浴場も空いていて寛げるました。部屋のニオイ以外は快適な施設でした。 スマートテレビ（YouTube視聴可）であればなお嬉しかったです。

朝食に富山の名産を複数取り入れていただきたいです。例えば昆布の蒲鉾や鱒寿司など。 単価が上がると思いますが。 受付の外国人の方、一所懸命に対応していただきました。

こちらのミスで間違えて喫煙の部屋で予約をしていたのですが、フロントに連絡したら即禁煙の部屋に変えてくださいました。 空きがダブルの部屋しかなかったようですが料金そのままで対応していただけました 全ての対応がとてもスムーズでお陰で4泊ゆっくり過ごすことができました やっぱりルートインが1番です これからもずっとルートインに決めています ありがとうございました
