Öncelikle otelin konumu ,karşılama, odalarda n temizliği çok güzeldi .personel ilgisi ,hizmeti de çok iyiydi.tam memnun bir şekilde ayrılacakken arkamızdan personelin koşturması ,mini bar ürünü bir çikolatanın paketinin ucundan açık olması dolayısıyla ücret talep edildi .çikolatayı yemediğimizi ve pakete de dokunmadığımızı söylememize ragmen ücrette ısrar edildi ..koskaca otelin 45 TL peşine düşmesi dokunmadığım,yemediğim birşeyi ödenmesi konusunda ısrar etmesi hoş olmadı .

Todo muy bien, el hotel en excelentes condiciones, el desayuno muy completo y surtido, la atención del personal muy amable, la alberca increíble, el sauna y el vapor excelentes para relajarse después del trabajo, el gimnasio muy completo y en buenas condiciones. Sin duda Volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita para venir hacer negocios en la ciudad. Cuando llegué a la recepción me dijeron que era el primer mexicano qué conocían o que se esperaba en el hotel. Espero que más colegas mexicanos vengan y conozcan
