Didnt actually get to stay in the hotel. Called for weeks and left messages trying to change the room and no one ever picked up or responded so we ended up just staying at the tralee townhouse which was fine.

Spacious central Georgian place.
Chose this as reviews were good and close to venue I was in Tralee for.Easy to find but no parking as a Georgian property on main street unfortunately parking was a nightmare as college gradtuation was on the same day and multistory was closed!Hint:park at Siamsa Tire few mins walk away for €3 for a day. Rose room very spacious on first floor but freezing cold in afternoon and none of the staff knew how to use the digital electric heater provided, though we figured it out. Breakfast was good and staff made the place -landlord Michael as 4 other staff covering but they were welcoming and friendly,and tbh I was put off by his surly phone manner which was not welcoming. Saying that my requests were taken into account and room was comfortable and quiet(facing yard so no street noise) and bed very comfortable.

This was the best night in our 7 night stay in Ireland. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Warm and friendly people. Right in the middle of Tralee. Much nicer then the resort and hotels we stayed in.
