Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very informative, friendly, and welcoming. Room was nice, beautiful view of the lake. Overall great stay and we’ll likely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the Alexandra Hotel, beautifully decorated, very clean rooms. Wonderful amenities such as cookies at 7pm, pastries in the morning, cappuccino machine, and comfy lounge chairs on the beach. The fifth floor open , rooftop deck restaurant and bar had great food and cocktails. We will definitely stay again.

The Alexandra Inn is a very cute property on the bay. Lots of personal touches and thought went into this hotel: Robes in the bathroom, a personized note on your pillow when you check in and games in the roof top restaurant to name a few. I found the staff to be very friendly and charming.

The property was easy to access. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby, elevator, halls, and room were clean. Our room was upgraded to a corner view which was pretty at sunset. The beach was easily accessible and the chairs were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so nice and the hotel is very clean. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the rooftop restaurant. We spent an afternoon reading on the beach. Their section of beach is well maintained with comfortable lounge chairs. We also watched the sunset from the beach. A nice bonus were the warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing. The customer service was top notch. There was always a pleasant hello or goodbye from the front desk staff. A lovely staff member recommended several restaurants that we loved. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The location was about 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City so it was ideal for us. We will definitely be repeat guests at The Alexandra Inn.

Megan kindly confirmed our stay, when I called a few days ahead. The space looked fresh and recently redecorated. Loved the coffee/espresso machine, pasteries and cookies. What a fantastic room we stayed in - a corner room with two windows overlooking East Bay. The Alexandra Inn was a really wonderful surprise!

This is a great place to stay, however, if you’re in the adjoining rooms and you have noisy neighbors ….it echoes back into the other room if you’re not in a hallway room. The management was excellent on having a loud child next-door quiet down , even though it was due to the combined entry point. Loved the beds and the view was excellent. Rooftop bar was really nice and pleasant. They had cookies in the evening, which were really good and they always had to grab breakfast of croissant or stone or something in the morning, and the coffee was really good too in the morning. I will definitely return.

The rooftop bar was nice. Maybe an umbrella would come in handy down again. But the view was really pretty. Her room was very nice. Lots of room in there for us and nicely decorated. very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was in a quieter area. And the view from our balcony was so pretty looking at the water.

We had a fantastic stay at the Alexandra Inn! Very cute property, amazing staff and good location right on the beach. We liked the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby and also the morning pastries and evening cookies that were provided. We loved the personalized welcome that was on our bed. The room and bathroom were great, clean and everything worked properly. Daily housekeeping was appreciated, AC and heat worked properly and easily (yes we needed both on this trip). The rooftop restaurant/bar was a nice bonus. We were able to watch the sun set over the bay. Drinks were good and the food delicious. The front desk staff was very helpful and engaging (especially Elizabeth!). We most certainly would stay here again.

We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was new, updated and very clean. It was a good value for the price. The only reason I told off a star was that the food was ok, not great. No breakfast that was listed, but the rooftop music was great. Also, the street noise is quite heavy. But I would go again.

It's a great location. Centrally located amonst the wineries and the casino. Plenty of free parking, coffee, and cookies and muffins. Staff was freindly and resolved any problems we might have encountered. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the showers did not have much water pressure. Barely enough to rinse your hair after showering.
