I’ve stayed here a lot recently. And the rooms are great, it’s so quiet & the customer service is fantastic. I’ve asked to change rooms and it was absolutely no problem the desk agent came up to switch out my room key so I didn’t have to take my luggage downstairs then back up again. The breakfast is great & the coffee is 💯

The room was a little dirty on surfaces (night stands/toilet/shower) that we wiped down. Staff was friendly but were out of towels/extra blankets that we had to go back hours later to get. Continental breakfast was scrambled eggs, cubed potatoes, chopped bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, 2 cereals, toast, bagel, fruit.

The rooms are very small. The decor is sterile and gray. There is a big tv but a tiny desk. So working in your room is a little cramped. While the breakfast is free, it’s not very good. The hot foods were all cold. The coffee machine make fresh coffee but they are very slow so there is line waiting to make their cup. It was my first time at this property, I will likely never stay at another one.

Clean Hotel

Hotel was clean, pool area is smaller, rooms are very “compact” a family of 4 in a standard room is a little squishy. Staff was great except for one gentleman and one front desk attendant. Rooms have some version of vinyl plank for flooring— nothing bad about it, just something that if you’re reading reviews could be helpful. Breakfast was great but not always kept up on. Staff was willing to fill items when asked. Walls are paper thin.

Nice place, very clean with nice amenities

This is a new hotel that is very clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked the stay through Hotels.com and there appears to be a billing issue between them and the hotel. I expect that's a communications issue. I expect to have it worked out tomorrow.

Lukewarm Jimmy Dean sandwich for breakfast was alarming. Room was clean and there were no odors with the absence of carpeting. Everything but one charging outlet worked fine.
