Great was staff, rooms were clean, and the view was beautiful! There wasn’t much on the breakfast buffet. We just had apple/banana and a bagel. I would recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Our room was small, bathroom very small, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. The young lady at check in was very pleasant and she recommended several good places to eat. It was too cold to enjoy the beach but I’m sure in a few weeks it will be very nice. If we are ever this way again I would definitely stay here.

A hidden gem!

Gorgeous location on East Bay, with a beautiful sandy beach. The room was darling, with excellent use of the space. Comfortable beds with clean, crisp linens. The bathroom offered a large stand up shower, and the sink had plenty of counter space with shelves below for storing personal items. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were a welcome bonus. In the morning, we enjoyed our free continental breakfast at the beach deck-so perfect!! The Brio is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning !

Great view of the lake/water. Very clean, simple, well kept property. The only issue I had was that the TV didn't work, which is akin to torture when you're alone and there are hockey playoff games to watch.

The staff at this property were very friendly and attentive. Lots of sand as you would expect for a beachfront location but they do provide a broom to help keep your room clean. We just had one small issue with an older beach chair but the staff was very friendly and ready to fix the problem. I might suggest cute little door mats to help keep the sand at bay prior to entering the rooms and add a little more of a cozy flair (-:

It was a ok stay at best

We arrived everyone we talked to was friendly. We got to our room and the floor was not clean. It was their first weekend open so it should have been a lot cleaner. Our tv wouldn’t work, we called the front desk the girl came up and told us they couldn’t do anything till the next morning which was convenient. I had to goggle it and fixed it myself then my in laws called and said their tv wasn’t working either. I went down to try to fix theirs, I got our remote and at least got it fixed enough for them. It was a cold weekend so in the early evening we were day in our room to relax. The toilet was not working great and needed a plugger the girl at the front desk made us come down and get it and take it back. Also we had prepaid for one of the rooms and they charge another incidental fee for the whole cost of the two nights. It wasn’t the best experience and beds were not great and the headboard creaked everytime we moved all night would stay again.
