There was a large c** stain on my shower curtain and the staff never cleaned my room
Two electrical outlets didn’t work at all. I had to set the coffee maker on top of the garbage can - to reach an outlet. Behind the coffee tables have not been vacuumed in a while. (I used to clean at the Inn at Bay Harbor) Had to also find an outlet for a lamp. Neither outlets for the lamps worked. Staff didn’t seem to care when I told them about it.
Facility is older but seemed maintained well enough. Property is further from the downtown area, so you can't walk into town, but a short enough drive by car. Less congested than downtown area. The bike/walking trail runs right behind the property which was a plus for me. Front desk was very friendly and eager to help with local info and suggestions. I have always disliked the congestion in TC, but if I go back I would consider staying here again.

Stayed one night. Seemed expensive. Continental breakfast ended at 9:30 which seemed ridiculously early. No complimentary water bottle. We also got locked out of our room before 11 am checkout . Our key card no longer worked. Seems like the hotel is stingy with things that are usually complimentary especially for the price.
The room and bed were nice. The jacuzzi tub was in major need of attention. Tub finish was peeling, tub was dislodged from wall. Paid extra for a romantic fireplace... that did not work. When staff was contacted, they were friendly but unable to fix it. No apology or refund offered upon discussion at check out only a "which room? We'll look into it."
Check in was ridiculously slow. One person waiting on a couple who had credit card issues while two others chatting. Finally one of the two checked us in.
Due to having a broken arm asked to have housekeeping make up room but was denied and told they only service rooms every third day-no exceptions.
"Breakfast " consisted of stale packaged danishes and muffins.
Needless to say this was 1st and last stay here.
