No hot water!

The room was fine. However, the beds were both deeply sunken in with poor quality pillows, and the worse was the water situation. We never were able to take warm showers. The water was always freezing! The water in the sink also never warmed, of course, and sputtered if you tried to turn it warm/hot. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights without hot water. Miserable!

There was food and an innersole from a shoe under the bed. No hot water to take a shower. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers in the shower. Terrible receptionist. I had bug bites on my arm which I suspect were bed bugs. We actually only stayed 1 night and checked out early the next morning.

There was an old washcloth, receipt, and screw left from previous visitors in our room. The floor was dirty and stained. Two of my family members had bad allergies every time we entered the room. When I asked for towels I was asked to walk down to laundry to ask for them. I found that very unprofessional.

Not spectacular

The rooms appeared clean and fairly well taken care of, although old. There was adequate supply of toiletries and clean towels. The tv remote and ac controls were dirty. Unfortunately, the beds were like bricks. We could not get comfortable and left exhausted. The "light breakfast " was more of a non-breakfast snackbar. It wasn't a breakfast by any stretch of the imagination. Also the coffee was kind of awful.
