Worst hotel stay ever

It started bad. We had requested a handicap room. Did not get it. Breakfast sucked. Wednesday morning at 4:22am the vanity mirror fell off the wall. Crashing to the floor. No one at desk so waited until morning to report it. We were promised new mirror or move us to a new room. Well nothing happened. Beds weren’t made. Towels not refreshed. Front desk person had no idea of our problems. We stayed 4 nights and never made beds I had to get towels from the desk myself. Manager was supposed to co tact us. Never did. We will never stay at a super 8 again

We were in town for a wedding, and this was our affordable option during the busy season. Extremely clean and in a safe area, quiet and comfortable, it was everything we needed it to be.

It was a pleasant surprise. We knew we were not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel, and we wanted something inexpensive so we chose Super 8. The room was very nicely updated, and clean. We would not hesitate staying there again. Convenient location, safe, and close to everything. Continental breakfast was what we expected, and we were fine with it. Overall.....we recommend

I stayed at this same location a year ago when it was Knight's Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable (the mattress was a little firmer than I prefer but that's more of a preference thing). The staff was polite. Could use a little better water pressure for the shower. The continental breakfast is basically what it is: Packaged pastries and cereal. But, for the price, absolutely no complaints. All I needed was a quiet, comfortable room which is exactly what I got. I definitely recommend for anyone who isn't looking for luxury suites.

We reserved this hotel for my daughter and a friend, we received confirmations and our credit card was charged. At check in My daughter was told that Orbitz never paid the hotel, so it was my daughter‘s problem. They also indicated that homeless kids like her were trying to cheat the system accused her of scamming I talked to them and another employee, but at the end of it all, I had to talk to Orbitz. Orbitz refunded the initial charge, and the higher charge to my daughter remained. If this hotel doesn’t want to work with Orbitz and doesn’t want to resolve billing issues with them, they should stop taking reservations. Will not stay here again. We were treated like criminals.
