The room was exactily as expected as we have stayed here several times before. However the last 2 times in a row the pool/hot tub were closed which was never disclosed at the time of booking. We were rather disappointed to find out it was closed after we paid for the room. Had we known we would have booked another hotel

Worst hotel in town! 3 hours after checkin was supposed to be .. 2 dirty rooms later… they double booked our room and a woman with a pizza walked in while my child and I were sleeping! No pool as advertised and the staff couldn’t explain their mistakes! Will never stay here again! It’s a safety concern!

Hotel room wasn’t cleaned prior to assigning it to us. Hallway smelled of mold. Pool was under construction and we were never informed. Front desk wasn’t able to make an exception to put us in a room on the first floor.

Check in very slow. And during that time other guest came back to the desk and complained the room they were given was not cleaned from previous guest. Building dirty all around property, trash, all around. Could not open curtains the windows covered with spider webs on outside of windows, and just dirty. not very well maintained very black mark for your brand. Way too much for the room.

DO NOT. Spend the extra $$$ somewhere else.

Construction going on during stay, whole hotel smelt like poop. Dirty room…. Fridge and microwaves were dirtiest I’ve seen in a hotel room, and I travel a good bit. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place should be condemned.
