Older hotel, stained carpet in hallways and dirty elevator. Clean room and good location but, The beds were terrible and not comfortable

Ok for a night!

No one at front desk until 3:00. Had to wait to check in. Low toilets. Pics showed a breakfast bar. Did not see in writing that no breakfast was offered. Disappointing.

The man at the reservation desk was nice. The condition of the property was run down and dirty. The room was dirty, the floor was very dirty, the entire property was not in good shape. Location was the only plus.

Extremely loud!

Check in was good, and the room was nice, but a little tight. We had to put the play pen in front of the door which wasn’t ideal. I’m not sure what they have going on on the second floor of the building but it was EXTREMELY loud, non-stop throughout the night. Walking, running, jumping, anytime water was running it was super loud. The pool was closed but the hot tub was open. There was a giant toenail near the hot tub which was gross. The location is nice, near restaurants and the lake.

Staff and everything was great . The room very clean and well kept . Our only complaint was we were in a room with a connecting door, and our neighbours were incredibly loud letting their door slam every 10 minutes

Floor weren't clean you had to wear your shoes i found old pop tart no breakfast just coffee and juice the door Slammy all night hot tub and pool are nice but hot tub was frozen cold the next morning

Disappointed in housekeeping

Disappointed in the cleanliness of my tiny room. Dried muddy boot prints on the plank floors, hair in the shower, body wash dispenser empty, hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom, shelves, and hairdryer had a layer of dust that has been there for quite a while. Clearly, they’re only hitting the main element.

Quick trip north

Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, the water was hot. We were in a king room right by the elevator. The noise of the elevator was not noticeable, but the room was quite small -first world problems.... The only other thing that was a little challenging was parking, but this could probably be blamed on the snow and the way the lot was plowed. Such is life in northern Michigan. Overall we had a nice one night stay.
