Perfect location

Perfect location, great view and room. Service was excellent, first night we had quite a bit of noise after 11 pm, after calling the front desk they immediately addressed the issue. Great time here and will definitely return!

The bugs in the balcony are very uncomfortable. We couldn’t sit out in the balcony because of how dirty it was. I understand there’s bugs but it seemed like they have not cleaned it in a long time. The air conditioner was very dusty too; I was afraid to turn it on due to how much dust it had.

I've stayed at the sister property (Grand Beach Resort) before and was impressed. This one was not so impressive. The room was not fully made up when we entered. There was no runner on the end of the bed, the cover of one bed had a large, visible snag and there's usually a turtle made from towels...but not this visit. I let the front desk know, and they added the runners to the beds, but no turtles. Breakfast is ordered from a set list.... though we had a room that could have slept 4, we were only allowed 2 breakfast choices. I had oatmeal which I had to add water to, and cook in the microwave. My friend chose a sausage and egg muffin, which turned out to be a Jimmy Dean's sandwich, which also had to be microwaved. On our next stay in Traverse City, we'll look for a place with a buffet. We chose the water view, which was fine, but they were also moving docks around, and the docks blocked the view for photo purposes. This was Memorial Day weekend. You'd think that would have been done Beach chairs were stacked in the parking lot. Not a good value for the price though mid-summer may be better (but also even higher prices).
