This is our 3rd time staying here. We looooove it here. Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of towels. Please treat yourself and book a beachside room -1st floor if you can. You *WILL NOT* regret it. You will then get the added bonus of the friendly mallards curiously walking up on your patio. Be aware though - you feed them from your patio, they'll all quickly gather at your door and never leave. Likewise on the beach as well. Check in/out was super quick and easy. I've come to enjoy the convenience of the breakfast card vouchers. Think of it as room service but in Door Dash style. The pool/hot tub area was great. From 10p-11p is designated for adults only. We took advantage of TC Watersports this year. We rented two jetskis for 1hr. We did it before noon before the bay got inundated with watercraft traffic. So much fun!

We liked everything ,except for after a long day out doing things the hotel only comes in every 3 days to make beds and receive fresh towels. I am old school when hotels made the bed and fresh towels each day thats what was nice about being on vacation. Sugar beach did come and make our bed and we got towels after we had to mention it every day before 10:00 am. Its a different world now.

The bathroom shower curtain was awfully dirty and moldy. Sliding door screen was torn in two places. Dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. We would pribably not stay again.

I absolutely loved being able to step right out onto the beach — such a perfect location! The only downside for me was the breakfast. While it’s a nice touch that it’s delivered to your room and you can choose from a set menu, the options just didn’t suit my personal taste. If you enjoy the selections, though, it could be a great perk.
