We got a room on the first floor with patio. Wonderful view from patio/window and exit to the beach. Chairs/towels are available. We rented a boat next to the hotel. Nice experience. Hotel offers free breakfast, but it is not worth it, better to go to the local restaurants which are a lot around the hotel. Clean, quiet hotel (furniture are bit outdated).

They need to clean more the rooms from spider wipes n update the bathrooms. The staff 0 proficiency we ask for towels, they didn’t even bother knocking on the door. They put them on the floor. No one would use a towel that was laying on the floor in general was so poor even though was prepacked we thought would be a worm meal.each staff tells u something deferent for 2nights it was kind Confusing.

Very nice property, great location in Traverse City and right on the Lake with a beach. We rode our Ebikes around town and at Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Beach view excellent. Clean sheets! Thank you! Would like to see an improvement on the coffee amenities in the room. The coffee makers do not look sanitary. We would like to have a cup of coffee in our room without having to go out to get it. We feel that we should get at least that for the price of our room. Overall good stay.

Perfect spot on the beach, the kids loved the tame ducks hanging around. Very clean lobby and rooms, with pints of Moomers ice cream available for purchase. Would be delighted to return!
