We liked the property location. Access to the beautiful beach was a breeze. Beach chairs & umbrellas were a big plus. Parking was great. Not very happy with the box breakfast. Expected a hot breakfast meal option. Setting the bagged box meals on the floor unannounced in front of the door is not very sanitary. Not at all happy with cleaning every third day. We can understand not changing sheets. BUT no clean towels is totally unexceptable.

Beautiful place with an incredible beach. Very nice staff and very clean. Room was amazing and we didn’t even have a waterfront view. Not cheap prices at all however worth every dollar. You get what you pay for. Will definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like cigarettes/marijuana. I checkout at 10:40 and asked if I could stay a little longer with my son in the pool and the attendant said no! All the hotels I've stayed at have always let me stay in the pool after checkout. The location and private beach are very good.

It’s not a place for mature adults to enjoy the beach. Kids everywhere with parents with coolers. Children were banging on our doors until 11 PM And running away. It happened every night. There is no Restaurant, nor does the staff assist in finding places for you to go.

If you book a room with no view, be prepared to receive linen that has not been clean and has wine stains/smells on them. Also, be prepared to have a tiny shower with low water pressure, an unclean shower head and a drain that clogs. The faucet also clogs up. If you need a crib, they will charge you an additional fee per night. Lastly, be prepared to hear a pet peeve of mine when you voice a concern to the staff…”we are short staffed.” Employees should never utter these words to customers. I was a return customer and I may not stay here in the future.
