Can't say enough about this place. Fantastic room, incredibly comfortable bed, stunning views, relaxing beach access right off of our room, we had a whirlpool bath, morning complementary light breakfast was clever and delicious, delivered right to our room. The staff was so responsive and accommodating. Location in quick access to all things Traverse City. Nothing like a beautiful walk on the beach to start and finish the day. Highly recommend.

I never complain about hotel breakfast but I don't understand why offer one if it is not any good. Stayed 4 nights and they don't have anyone freshen your room until after the third night. That means you have to call down for more towels, coffee k-cups and garbage pick up. I did have a problem with where to put the garbage and the customer service was no help( on that shift). I Was taking a shower and the Shampoo was empty so I had my husband run downstairs to get some while I was in the shower major inconvenience. The room has a heavy air freshener which we tried to find where it was coming from but could not so we left the glass door open so we did not have to breathe in the heavy scent. Positive side the beds/pillows comfy and view was nice

The view from our balcony was breathtaking! Sunrise was spectacular. Breakfast was fine, they gave us the option to have it delivered right to the door, but it was nothing special, just a store bought muffin and boxed juice. It could have been really cool had it been “customized”. Also the walls are thin. We heard our neighbor’s nighttime activity all night long. He had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. View was great, location convenient.

Great beach hotel

Wonderful balcony view of the beach and water! That made the room great and worth the stay in this newer property. However, it's not a resort, it's basically a hotel. No restaurant nor lounge to get a refreshment without driving somewhere. Breakfast box delivered to the room was a nice touch, but the choice was limited.

View was great. A/C wasn’t working properly. Turned the temp down as low as it would go but it didn’t work. Everything felt wet from humidity. Absolutely miserable night, no sleep for us.
