Good Place for a Traverse City Beachfront Stay...

The hotel is of a functional design, modern, fairly generic design...rooms are a good size, including the bathroom. Rooms with a balcony overlooking the beach and bay are nice. Breakfast options are limited, and brought to your room each morning in little boxes. The beach chairs and amenities, upkeep of beach are good. Parking is free and right there. Rooms could be a little cleaner...especially the bathroom...corners, shower door slides, etc. The simulated hardwood room floors also felt like they needed a good mopping. Room AC/heat units are good and decently quiet. Beds are comfortable, pillows too soft. Plenty of towels...both for room and supplied beach towels. There is also a great gourmet market right across the street, wine, beer, great sandwiches made as you watch...but you have to be careful crossing the very busy 5 lane wide US31...! There is also a pontoon boat, waverunner, and kayak rental place right next to the hotel, on the beach.

Very attentive service. Breakfast delivered to room from a limited menu. Nice shower. Excellent view and beach access. Nice refrigerator and freezer. Wife found bed too hard (though I didn’t). Shower floor is as slippery as ice. Two ice machines for whole complex. Would stay again.

Great hotel!

This is a super clean and friendly hotel in a great location. It's my second stay and it's just as good as the first time. The prices are extremely reasonable. The staff is very attentive.
