So we checked in and while walking to our room, the room right next to ours had their door wide open and you can see a guy literally using and doing illegal activity... We go in the room, check the bed and there is public hair all over it UNDER the bed cover like the bed sheet had never been changed and cleaned. The room smelled like complete mold. It was absolutely disgusting. We stayed there 1yr ago and it wasnt like this! That place has completely fallen apart. I'll NEVER recommend anyone to stay there ever.

Not hot water, rooms were unclean. Linen was dirty. Front end stole my card information when given for security deposit. Had 4 fraudulent payments I had to dispute. They stole my card information. You’d think for a hotel, especially near a base, it would be well serviced. Do not come here !

Not a safe and friendly neighborhood. The rooms are dirty and not suitable for stay. When I walked into the room it was smelling tobacco. I was offered another room and it was the same.

Checked in. Room smelled awful as if someone had just smoked a full pack of cigarettes in the room. Switched to a new room that had a blood stain on one of the pillows, bare light bulbs on the walls and all the furniture was beat up. We left after 5 min and went to the holiday inn Express 20 min away.

What I didn’t like was a lazy boy seat the was there was all dirty never been clean it had urine stains all over disgusting.The towels That was provided was all stained up with yellow and brown stuff. When we checked in we make sure to request room service, because in our previous staying they didnt do the room service, and they ignore us and didnt clean our room. SO annoying , after a long day of work to return to a dirty room. We also requested for the curtain shower to be changed , because it was disgusting , but again, they ignore us. Also, We wanted to have some coffee, but they didnt have any milk or creamer, when we ask for it, they said " they do not have them".
