This is more for room, wet towel as replacement, only one towel in room. Tub had hair in it. Hand towels left on toilet top. Wet face cloth left under sink. Friendly front desk staff.

Received a handicap room that was not very accessible besides the bathroom. Shower was roll in but had what looked like to molded lenolium stuck to the floor. Was not vacuumed. Chips all over the floor from previous guests. Blood on the chair in room. Hotel had a towel shortage because other guests couldn't get them either. Pumps in shower were broken. I brought everything up to management and she said she handled it but nothing was truly handled. Breakfast was supplied and was the worst breakfast I've had with holiday inn ever. This business does not uphold the company standards. I will not be coming back for my next trip to this location.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is the size of the breakfast area. There was barely any room to move around to get any food and it took awhile for the food to get refilled. I ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast because of this.
