The lobby and hallways are fine but the room was the worst room I’ve ever been in. The mattress was so broken down that my head and feet stuck up in the air. Room was extremely filthy. Large layer of dirt and debris behind night stand. Every wall was stained some black some red and several other colors. Bathroom door handle came apart when I tried to use it. The staff was ok and I did not see any bugs. (Very surprised). Will NEVER even consider staying here again

It’s close to the highway, and White Hill Manor which surprisingly turned out to be a highlight. The hotels entrance is nice but deceiving. When I got in the room, the TV was not working, the curtains were falling down and haven been vacuumed in years that we couldn’t open them up to let light in. The refrigerator was not working properly and the cabinet that was homing it was rotting… There is no filtered water and the water out the faucet is cloudy. Paint was falling off and the bathroom was rust ridden. Don’t bother to ask for utensils as they don’t have any. Checked for bedbugs, and they were clean. That’s a plus. Super expensive for the low return, stay somewhere else.

false advertisement. dirty rooms, even the so called renovated rooms. only one cleaning lady... dirty stained towels.. smelly rooms and on top of that the staff are racist. only night staff guy was nice he deserves to work at a better hotel,,, they dont deserve him.. he can do better.. poor management!

they charge too much as if it was worth it. and is not. they should be shut down. inspection should def pay them a visit. awful experience! poor managemnt. only one cleaning lady - and she does not clean well. front desk staff are just rude.
