The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites.

Comfortable room marred by major building work

Clean, comfortable room with good air conditioning. Very comfy bed. Breakfast and bar food pretty limited. A bit disappointing. The main problem was the hotel was undergoing major building work meaning a lot of dust and noise even on a Saturday. They really should have let us know in advance that this was going to be happening.

For our one night stay in Treviso, we found out that there were limited options available and priced higher than other towns we had traveled to. However, this hotel was perfect for us and two kids. We were able to check in early and the room was set up perfectly for our needs. Good location for all transport and easy walk to all attractions in town. Very good breakfast buffet included and very friendly staff.

when booking a suite, you’d expect a room with a view, there was no view, zero. room size above average european standard. new bathroom, room furniture unspectacular. there was a nespresso machine in the suite, but no capsules.

Everything great, but WiFi.

Good location, 5 minutes to train station, very convenient for trip to Venice. Great service. Staff super friendly and most of them speak good English. Comfort bed; nice AC, very quite and efficient. We had a junior suite, not really a suite, but a larger room, maybe ar par with European standards. Breakfast is good as well. The only one and big complain we have is WiFi. The signal is really weak and our laptop is in and off line constantly. Now the internet is so important, unable to connect us really a big drawback.

Suite was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Very good breakfast buffet. But the hotel was not easy to find: The Porta Altatina Suites complex is really just part of the Carlton Hotel, something that was not clear in the listing or the signage onsite. We eventually arrived at the general location using Google Maps, then happened by chance to notice a small sign on the front door for the Porta Altatina Suites. If this could be made clearer in the hotel listing and the signage, it would help your future guests to locate the hotel. Minor area for improvement in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Decent but cleanliness should be better

Overall great, new room. Cleanliness wise there was a few dead bugs under the curtains and I don’t think everything was wiped down properly -wasn’t very appealing but otherwise no issues.

Perfect area, nice pricw and a good breakfast

Very good standard compaired to what is usually found in Italy. Fair priced and a good breakfast. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated close to the train station whixh is prefect if you want to go ro Venice or tha fair grounds in Pordenone. We have stayed there for our business trips and will continue to stay there also for coming trips.

Good room, great AC.

Beautiful, big room with great AC. The breakfast is nothing special. Great location, only a couple of minutes into the old center, where there are a lot of restaurants and bars. They offer a private parking for a fee.
