Nice location

Room was great, staff at front desk was great, excellent breakfast service; fitness room wasn't as impressive - water bottle dispenser didn't work - only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical & 1 recumbent bike - good that they all worked, seemed crowded when all were in use

The hotel was nice but when I checked in the staff sent me to a 1st floor room, which is a basement room. With stairs. I have no idea if there is an elevator in that place, but she sent me to the stairs. Which was awful because my knees are about to be replaced. Kuddos to the maids, the room was so clean! The room was nice. The view of course was not. It was very quiet so sleep was no problem and the bed very comfortable. I think the bad experiences were my own fault. I should have spoken up and asked for a different room so I didn't have to use the stairs. I'm not good at that, hating to be a problem. I didn't go down for the complimentary breakfast. Getting to the hotel was a bit of an issue with the roads. It was an ok experience.

The Hot tub was in bad shape. Very dirty. The Sauna took a long time to warm up. The Bathtub/Shower in the Room needs an instruction guide on where to turn for hot water or Cold. Took me some time to find out. Breakfast was good.

A decent cheap stay. Not too cheap though.

Adequate, clean. Breakfast was good for cheap place. Plumbing tricky - hot and cold reversed on shower. No conditioner. Night light good.

Good for a quick stay

It is a good hotel if you are looking for a place to crash. Little details like actual curtains on the windows would be nice. Just a thin curtain you can see through is all our room had. We were on the ground floor so everyone could see in. It was clean, which is what i cared about.

I will never book with them again

I booked and paid for a King suite with the bed in a bedroom for me an my girlfriend and our 2 kids with the intent of the kids using the hid-abed and us in the bedroom, and allow for room to move around without walking on each other. When I checked in they gave us a 2 queen room with barely enough room to walk by the beds. There was no room to move around and the only place to sit was on a bed.
