It is always pleasant to stay here. Which we quite a bit. We love the breakfast they offers. Margarita is one of the person incharge making the omelets and she is the best. Super nice, kind and always ready to help

Such a Lovely Hotel
We have stayed here with family before and we will always book this hotel when we are staying in the Prosser area. It is a beautiful hotel and very clean and comfortable and feels safe! Front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. Margarita in the breakfast area is really great! She was very helpful with my young niece and nephew too and kept the area so clean and well stocked!!

Upon check in no one was counter to assist had to wait 10 minutes before the staff came from back room to assist. Very unfriendly, Asked for a room close to elevator was told this building does not have an elevator. Asked if other building did? was told yes and was reluctantly moved to building with elevator. After check in employee began to complain to me how she had to check the pool close it down for the night and how she had to walk to next building. Was very disgruntled. Once I approached my room the key card did not work had to have it redone. Net night same thing. Only put one night at a time on key card after paying for 3 nights. Became frustrated and checked out early and found another accommodation much friendlier and happy to provide above basic customer service. Will NOT USE your facility again. very disappointed. I have stayed here before with much better service. Clearly appears that customers on this trip were a burden and not welcome.

Good place-great breakfast!
This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here and it’s always great. It’s really close to the wine tasting rooms and the omelette bar for breakfast is wonderful!
