We got the chance to stay here during the off season. You couldn't beat the price; it was lower than the Hampton Inn. We felt like we scored. The room was roomy and the bathroom rivaled Vegas bathrooms in size and amenities. But the highlight was the bed. OMG. There's a reason this is the highest ranked hotel in the area.

This was my second time staying at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just walking in the lobby one is in awe. The rooms are clean and spacious. I was lucky to find a great parking spot luckily because there was a school prom and the lot filled up quick. Although the hotel was busy with a prom I did not hear any loud music or crowds. I will return to this same hotel. Keep up the great work

Amazing Hotel and Area

We have never stayed in the Johnson City area. We were there for the weekend for by granddaughter's dance competition. The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. I was convinced it was an old building that had been restored. I was told it was built in the early 2000's. Huge "common" areas for all the dance girls to get together to practice their dance numbers and craft together. The patio/pool area was amazing. Lots of room for the adults to gather and relax. So convenient to have restaurant/bar in the hotel. The food was yummy and atmosphere so charming and just simply laid back. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathroom was the best! Huge! Plenty of room for four ladies to get ready. Beds were comfy. The area is perfect. Walking distance to everything. The Caregie Hotel and Spa was basically connected to the competition site. Staff extremely nice! We loved everthing about it. The only negative thought I have is the outlets in the rooms need some work. Items would not stay plugged in on some outlets.
