The room was comfortable and the staff courteous. Thought it was a fascinating hotel. The breakfast was a welcome surprise and loved the view and area to walk around the moorages. The only negatives were the remodeling closed off some of the hotel and the boat docks. There is also a train that must run on the other side of the river, which in itself isn't an annoyance if the trains wouldn't blow there horns all the way through!

It appears that the hotel is undergoing renovations to half of the building. We paid for a river view. The hotel grounds outside our window was littered with construction debris and garbage. We were there for a concert and came back at midnight and the parking lot was full of young kids in their cars just sitting there staring at us. The corners of the room were caked in dirt and dust. The shower head was broken and spraying out of the side onto the floor. The threshold between the bath and the bedroom had a piece of brown duct tape covering the gap between carpet and tile. One thin blanket and a bedspread that was basically just another sheet. We also paid for a single king bed and got two queen beds instead- that worked in our favor since we used the other blanket and bedspread to stay warm. Even with the heat set to 74 and kicking on and off every 30 seconds it was still freezing. To top it off, as we were getting ready to leave, I looked under the bed (big mistake) and had a large spider jump out from under the bed skirt. I’m all for avoiding the big hotel chains or home sharing sites but good lord!!! This place was just nasty and neglected. On checkout, the receptionist was polite but was not very interested so I didn’t waste a lot of time. I am not someone who leaves reviews, I usually just suck it up and avoid making the same mistake but… seriously avoid this property if you can. I did take pics of this dumpster fire if anyone cares.

This motel was a high end motel , which that has changed, needs to be remodeled, furniture was old , the room had iron burns on the floor in more then one place, the breakfast was good had many varieties. I would rate it a 3 star .

Second floor water side good view and bed was better. Still didn’t have eggs for breakfast as was told. Clea but needing the updates that are coming. Loved the water views outside and park. The bridge is beautiful at night.

This hotel is situated on a small island on the Columbia River. It has a maritime vibe, with a Coast Guard facility across the street and with views of a marina, boats, barges, and multiple bridges. At least two good restaurants are within 200 feet of this hotel. While it’s nothing fancy, its room prices are totally reasonable and it was clean with a good bed and a good shower.

I loved the location. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Eggs only on certain days. Rooms were clean except the windows. Hotel is being remodeled in parts. This could be a very cool spot. I hope the renovation goes well.
