This place was not very clean. When i opened room door someones clothes were on the bed so i shut door and went to tell the front desk. She had just came in and the other staff walked off when she came in she gave me another room. She was very sweet. Most of the office staff and housekeeping weren't friendly or helpful but rude. The shower curtain was ripped badly needed to be trashed. I wouldn't stay here again.

Tried to stay here when visiting a family member in the hospital. We had our dogs with us so needed a pet friendly room. Room 229 smelled of animal urine so bad it made my head hurt as soon as the door opened. They had a “room deodorizer” on the table which means you know how bad the room smells and still tried to rent it. We went back to the front desk and she gave us 227…. Equally as disgusting. We went back up to get a refund and leave and the receptionist begged to show us a different room and if that wasn’t good, then she would refund us. We went and saw the room and agreed it was fine. It has been 1.5 hours since arriving and we just wanted to get settled in and go to the hospital. Went back downstairs to get the keys, and she tells us the room we saw and agreed was clean, would not be our room. Why show a room that isn’t going to be ours?! We requested a refund and went and stayed at the Holiday Inn off W. Springbrook (highly recommend)

We booked a king room with a sleeper sofa for our 17 year old. We arrived exhausted from traveling all weekend and were sent to a king room with NO sofa. Had to come back down and she said "no, that room should have a sofa". We would not have come all the way back down if there had been somewhere for all 3 of us to sleep. She put us in a double "queen" room. Those beds are not queen sized. I'm not even sure they are fulls. They were tiny and rock hard. I'm mad I paid any amount of money for this stay. The one plus side was the water in the shower could get lava hot but that's about it. Very disappointing stay - won't make that mistake again.

The front desk agent was excellent, she expedited check in like a well seasoned pro. Kudos. Room was a different story. The bathroom was outdated and the rug was dirty/dingy. Three outlets I tried to use didn't work and I had to take the coffee pot to the bathroom. The air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was pitiful. This was such a disappointment we drove pretty far from the interstate because this hotel was rated excellent. It's sad to say I'll never come back.

The room was clean. The outlets in our room wouldn't secure the plugs, and the plugs would fall out. The USB outlets didn't receive enough juice to charge anything. The best thing I can say about the breakfast is that the coffee was good. The rest was not good at all. We won't start again.

Spacious, Overall Great

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was cold in the room when we arrived and took a bit to warm up but once it did the room was great. I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was limited but we made due.
