The lobby was very nice, clean. The continental breakfast was kind of poor. The pool had so much chlorine in it, people couldn’t handle staying longer than 20 minutes. The rooms were nice and clean. The only working elevator was super slow. Overall, it was very clean. ITs just frustrating when you spend almost $200 for a night to have all these complants.

Everything about our stay was really wonderful, room was so spacious and staff was so helpful. Our only complaint was that we had a room that had a motion sensor and it was incredibly bright and sensitive. So it kept turning on throughout the night making it very hard to sleep and there was no way to turn it off, so we had to just deal with it.

The service upon arrival was very unprofessional 4/9 9pm ish (I called and let them know we would be late) when I was about to run my card for deposit it appeared as a double charge this is their cost for incidental apparently. She also claimed per her we hadn’t paid for our room. When I had actually called and did it over the phone that morning. She was all over the place with how she spoke none of it made sense. She was nice but didn’t seem to have an understanding on how to explain things. Tired from our moving ready for a shower we find there was NO SHAMPOO!!! Exhausted and already frustrated we didn’t even bother asking for samples. Thankfully our daughter had travel size for us to use. Next morning 4/10 6:15am as I walked to speak to the lady at the counter regarding the charges in hopes for a better explanation, she looked up and looked back down at her computer. I stood there waiting for her to say something and when she does she has this look like she can’t stand I’m there. Her attitude was poor, and annoyed. Yet she leaves her station and chats it up with the young man in the breakfast station who seemed a coworker- extremely friendly. I was just hoping for a greeting. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY.

Great property in every measurable way. Staff was great. Among the best free breakfast we've found, convenient location, yet safe, quiet and affordable. Finalt hought; the first time we've experienced white sound effects on nightstands, and falling asleep to a gentle sound of waves upon the beach was a super bonus

I rented the insurance and rented days before staying there. Then i caught an unexpected and horrible flu, a day before check in time and wasnt able to travel. I also recently got a kidney transplant and was experiencing horrible symptoms due to weakened immune system. I explained everything to hotel and expedia, but they said i still was not able to get my money back due to an unexpected illness. That insurance is a scam!!! The hotel does not keep their word!

Everything was great, but the pool with the chlorine. I get having to have it, but it was way to much, just to even sit in the pool room was very irritating to my eyes, let alone swim or sit on the hot tub, which would've been very relaxing. All 4 of my grandchildren broke out day 2 of swimming. Back off on the chlorine.
