Staff great. Rust on handicap handles in bathroom needs to be buffs out. Grout lines in the accessibe bathroom needs to be redone. Floor tiles uneven and looks like water pools there so doesnt look nice. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Deborah (i believe is her name) friendly and welcoming every morning at breakfast. Would stay again. Pleased.

This hotel is okay. The staff was nice and courteous. The room was very clean and welcoming. The cons where there was no breakfast and no mention that the breakfast was not available. Additionally the shower in the room would not produce hot water; even after 10 minutes of running. We will most likely not stay there again.

Clean room and very comfortable beds, efficient heat. Nice balcony to go look at the light overnight snowfall. Nice breakfast area but juice machine was out of order but they did have apple juice in cups. All that were interacted were very pleasant and helpful. Thought that check in was a little tedious, trying to up sale credit accounts.
