I was visiting Pasco with my family and we booked a room with Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities. We booked non smoking room but recieved a room with so bad smell of cigarettes. Room was not clean .....I would say it was my last booking with Red Lion unfortunately.Hope they will get better soon.

There are no elevators so if you have a bunch of luggage you have to huff it up the stairs. Rooms were ok. Beds uncomfortable. You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly

OK but not great
The room was nice enough for what I needed. The few things I didn't care for were: the housing/case was loose on the AC unit, the extra security latch was loose (screws in the wall), and there was a ton of noise outside the room. The noise was noisy guests well past 10pm - it sounded like they were having a party close by my room or even in the hallway. The next morning I found candy bar wrappers and an empty box for candy bars in the hallway.

the room was very clean and didn't hear any external noise, very lg room ,it had a dining table and coffee table ,kitchen sink, refrigerator, and a couch, the couch was getting a little warn out, the room had a very large 55 in tv with a swivel which was nice and an easy remote to use,it got a lot of extra channels with hbo and some others, friendly staff, good breakfast with sausage,pancake maker, plenty,eggs,coffee ,OJ

The beds were comfy quite except for when neighbors bathroom fan was on. Our bathroom fan was very loud. The carpet was melted by a previous tenant and felt awful to walk on

The facility was noisy due to a large church group staying at the motel. We were told they served breakfast in the morning usually eggs, sausage, cereal yogurt and fruit. When we arrived for breakfast the next morning at 7am there was only some fruit, some cereal and a couple of Yogurts. No juice. Just coffee

Great place for longer stays
Drove till tired, then looked for a room to crash in. Was pleasantly surprised, room was much larger than expected with separate sitting/kitchen area. Complimentary breakfast was good and attendant kept area spotless. Warning: it was a long walk to our room w no elevator. Not a problem for us (spry 74&75 yr olds) but ask for 1st floor if less mobile.

The (FULL BREAKFAST) wasn't full or the coffee and shower curtain was faulty (Short) and water sprayed on bathroom floor and hotel is usually full of workers that leave early in morning to go to work and they are not usually quiet
