It smell smells of raw sewage in here. Horrible we’re only here for one night because of my grandson‘s graduation and most places are booked so we’re stuck. They gave us a bottle of odor eliminator to spray in our room to be able to stay the one night😡

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. This is my second time there, and I will stay there in the future. It is very clean and comfy and feels a bit homey. The one thing that needs to be done is to have a bathmat in the bathtub - it is very slippery when wet! The rooms and hotel are decorated for Christmas beautifully. I give this hotel five stars.

Hotel staff was super nice and the hotel itself was mostly clean . We stayed on the second floor and walking in the room it smelled rotten. The toliet constantly ran and when the room next door flushed , it made our toliet burp.. ALL NIGHT. Other than that , it was alright.

The Hampton Inn was located in a convenient area to shopping, food and ETSU. The breakfast was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fresh baked cookies served in the afternoon. The front guest manager was very friendly.
