There was mold on the walls and ceiling. The room also had peeling Sheetrock on the ceiling where that was obviously a roof leak and it had never been repaired.

The place was perfectly fine for what we needed but we found it odd that the outdoor gazebo did not reflect what the ad picture depicts. There is absolutely NO water or ducks. Just concrete and asphalt and some plants.
